Well the latest episode of the Greycast podcast dropped this week, and the topic was “The Pomarj”. Co-host “WilyHobbit” was unable to be there, but I got to talk with regular co-host “Matteus” about this great and classic part of the Greyhawk setting!
This is what happens when you hang around on the Discords! Matteus mentioned they were wanting to talk all things Pomarj, having written the CanonFire Postcards of the Flanaess card for The Pomarj I volunteered, a yellow sailed ship pulled up soon after and press ganged me into service! I even had to pull out the Slave Lords modules and Slavers book to refresh my memory! It was like real work …
Even better I officially gained Greycast “Regular” status. Apparently it gets me a discount on the Greycast subscription fee and I go into the draw for merch …. Oh wait … **
My apologies for the tinny sound in the podcast. Matteus comes through crystal clear, probably using some professional microphone set up, but I didn’t use my headset and instead used my laptop microphone which usually isn’t an issue. Should have gone the headset … also apologies for speaking a little fast some of the time. Most of the time. When I get excited I tend to, and there was so much lore to share …
